The Air cond villa was au$50 per night per room and the fan cooled were $36 and that included breakfast.
To hold 3 children, hmmmm, depends on age I think. The lounge area could have one sleep on the couch and there would be enough room for another on the floor alongside the king size bed. At that price you might be better to just book 2 rooms.
