We have been quoted A395 per cubic metre which includes:
transportation from place of purchase to warehouse; packing; fumigation; transportation to Surabaya; Indo. port charges and taxes; shipping to Sydney; terminal handling charges; port charges; quarantine fees; delivery order fees; import duty; GST; customs fees; agency and attendance fees; cartage to Central Coast.
Compared to the prices quoted for shipping to Perth, these seem reasonable.
