As indicated by aprilsun, the LBH is a very nice place to stay.
Have stayed twice, and as far as I can find in the archives I have
only ever found 2 bad reports on the LBH.

We have stayed there twice this year.

The Bintangs (small) were Rp19,000
Cocktails were Rp35,000 (from the BaliMoon 3 sided cocktail list)
Water .... ??? .... good question .... did not get to that (he he)
so you had better go with Rp13,000 as per aprilsun.

And yes ! they do have happy hour ~ 5pm to 6pm
Was tyhe only thing bad I could say about the LBH in April trip
was that come 5pm, the bloke at the bar finished up, yet put the
telephone up on the bar. You could ring through to the other bar and they bought the drinks over (no so bad). It has something to do with
the boss not liking the water that was being splashed over the bar
when happy hour came - and if there was large groups of yobbo's they
would get a bit excited (I think) and a bit of mucking around.

Was all very quiet though for our trips in April and June.

Then in June trip, the barman stayed for happy hour, which had the
drinks into you a bit quicker (yum yum).

My only (not really bad) comment about the swim up bar is that it
lacks a bit of atmosphere. Even if they had some music playing would
be a good idea.

I hope you have a great time - you should like it there - good location as well.
If you go out the beach side you will (no doubt) be approched by
Tom Cruise No. 2 (I got some watches off him both trips this year)
and if you want a massage - ask for 'Emma' (she is great).
Tell them Geoff from Melbourne with the beard said hello, and if you
do find Emma, also Tracey and Pam said hello as well.
Emma will not try and rip you off - she is very honest.
