Just come back from LBH, which by the way was fantastic! The prices are a lot more than outside the hotel because you have to pay government and services tax. For example.......1 bottle of water outside is 1500, inside LBH it is 13,000 !!! Cocktails are around 35-40,000 at LBH and yes they do have a happy hour. Hope this helps. Ps.......have a great holiday
