I believe the hotel reception got the DVD player from an outside party but they (hotel) handled all the money. We had to pay 300,000 deposit but when they hadn't arrived to pick it up the next night at 6pm and we were going out we left the DVD player at the hotel reception as we did not wan't someone from outside the hotel going in our room when we were not there. The hotel had our 300,000 deposit in their drawer with our name on it and handed it straight to us on receipt of the DVD player being returned.
