Is in Kuta square. If you are standing on the steps of Kuta Matahari's, its on the other side of the street, on the far corner. Big shop, can't miss it. Kuta square is about a 1km walk from the Dynasty, but the girls and I did it easy. We would have breakie, and leave the hotel at about 8:30am. There's a great Kodac shop right outside the Dyn, where we always changed our money. They can also print your photo's straight from your memory card, and they are really good quality too. After that, we would just stroll slowly up the street to K.Sq. Watch out for a guy with a gammy hand, who stands on the footpath waiting for unsuspecting prey. He stands around near the big slingshot bungy thing. No matter what he says to you, don't go with him to his shop. He and his mates, intimidate you(in the nicest manner lol) into buying a heap of crap you don't want, and then take any coins you have aswell. That was the only bad experience we had in Bali. if he stops you, just say firmly "Tidak" which means no.
