Normally, about 30K, after good bargaining, but always go for the odd number. It drives them crazy, (no pun intended) and they respect a "hard-liner" (unlike here) who will drive a deal down to the last rupiah.
Unless you plan to stay in Ubud, negotiate the "round trip" and don't pay until you return. Most drivers...private...go by long hours or the day. In that case, Sanur to Ubud, a really good driver, (with a nice air-con Kijang) is about 100K, if you really can negotiate the initial price down, which will start at 200k.
If you only negotiate a one-way trip...to Ubud from Sanur...and want a ride back late at night with another driver...you are in deep do do. Best price in Ubud after midnight for a one-way to Sanur is at least 100K.
