No 1. Seeing middle aged australian lady sitting talking to old Made the fruit seller at the front of the Dynasty and later finding out that she was promising her that she is going to take care of her and her family. The tears pouring down Mades face as she sat there listening.
No 2. The smiles are back on the Balinese faces as the tourists have returned.
No 3. Making jokes with the shopkeepers and finding we have the same sense of humour.
No 4. Getting a smile from my friend Astas baby boy whos now 5 months old.
No 5. Ista his daughters smile as I hand her a 'tropical holiday Barbie' (Thats what she asked for)
No 6. Waking to a sunny warm day on the first day of your holiday
and realising its the first of many.
No 7. Fiding out your watch really is waterproof as you dive into the pool. (or not, but who cares)
No 8. Finding out your DVDs work when you get them home.
As you can see there are more positives than negatives.
