the fact you are proposing in Bali is already romantic :) you have chosen a beautiful place indeed to do it, if it was me l think a nice day on a secluded beach with a picnic basket, some champagne as well and in the evening a cruise on a boat just the two of you (dont know if they are available) l am sure the gang here can help you out more btw Good luck and Congrats :)
