I think the store which was featured on Getaway was the Bali Bakery which is on Jl Laksmana and is a little way away from where you are staying. That whole segment was featured around the Seminyak area. You might be better going to the Bali Deli on Jl Kunti. It's right at the end of the street (coming from the main road), but worth a trip. Otherwise any of the large supermarkets on the main road and the supermarket at the Matahari in Kuta Square will have all the necessary things you need.
