Hi Ann,
When my husband and I were married at the Tjampuhan Hotel in Ubud they supplied a tradional Balinese Wedding Cake for us. This was apprently made by the restaurant staff at the hotel. So you may want to check with the hotel as to whether they are supplying one for them. If their wedding is at a hotel they charge a fee which includes decorations etc, and with ours it obviously included the wedding cake as well.
