Marks & Spencers have a great travel money section on their web site.
Their exchange rate is 15840 and if you spend £500 you get free delivery. Certain stores have a money exchange desk, the stores are listed on their site, link below. Then click on money on the left hand side, then click on the "& more" at the top and travel money will drop down.
