Hey Toni, I just simply posted her letter to me. But...I agree with you 100%. In this case, it's the shipping companies, not the cargo handler that should be "spanked." Trust me, it's no fun shipping to LA or New York either! And in the end, as you point out, it is "bad for business" which by formula equates to "bad for Bali" and others that produce furniture, handicrafts, etc.
