Unfortunately I have had soooooooooo many different versions from many different people. After speaking to BDM in Vic also they are the ones who told me the requirements the Aussie Passport Office accept. I then contacted the Aussie Passport Office who told me they no longer accept marriage certificates and that the only way is to change your name on your Birth Certificate. I am not going to bother. Nothing else has been a problem.
