25 sleeps from .... Milano!

Hi everybody!!
We have 25 more sleeps to go and we are leaving from Milano, Italy!!
Is there anyone leaving from Italy as well??
We are flying from Milano to Rome and then to Kuala on Aug. 8 and we will be in Bali on Aug. 11!! Can't wait!
Just a few questions....
What about rafting in Aug.?? Is there enough water in the rivers??
Which river could be the best excursion (landscape, staff, organization)? Consider this is our first time.........
And what about Land Cruising? Is this tour worth the money??
Please help!!!!
