Just back some photos today of some baby turtles being cared for and released on Kuta beach.
There is a guy who has coined himself "father of the turtles" is situated at a surf building out the front of the Inna Hotel. He has a section where he cares for turtle eggs until they hatch. He then releases them in favourable tides.
It was wonderful to the baby turtles and we even got to see one hatching!!!
He was getting donations together to raise money for a long extension cord to provide light during a release. If you are going to Bali and interested in supporting this guy - perhaps you can also give a donation or bring a super long extension cord for him.....
