The people that used to be called Secretaries are now usually referred to as Admistrative assistants.Well anyway that's what our front of house team likes to be known as.I think we may even have that printed on their business cards.
One seminar the 2 of us went to a few years ago was referring to " Director of first impressions " not sure if that one would ever take off though <LOL>

You reminded me of one of my friends from Perth who is the CEO of a big company,he even gets his " secretary" to buy his wife & kids presents as well as doing his personal Christmas cards .We are not quiet as bad at least we set up things on the office computers & use the laser printer to do all of our personal & business Christmas cards.This way it leaves more time for holidays in Bali !
