Coffee and jug were not in the rooms when we stayed there in May. Harvey Travel Brochures state that iron and ironing board on request. I had to threaten the front staff with speaking to the Manager before they would give me an iron. Great pool area and the staff are great also. Lovely barman at the pool bar. The spa is great but too expensive. I went down to Villa Bintang and had one there for 100,000rp for one hour plus ones off the beach ladies.
