but basically they dont mind the sandalwood fibres in the bags etc, but water hyacinth is banned. There was one strand that she identified as that fibre - it looked darker with some bark and she described it as spongey. I wouldnt have spotted the difference between all the bags I bought - but they did. My aunt had a bag taken from her for the same reason. If you are going - I would ask in the airport if you can see the display in customs before you leave - that would be helpful in identifying fibres.
