We are all annoyed about this type of issue, bad service is bad service if you are buying a big mac or flying to Blai, this justifies the saying " One upset cutomers will tell 10 other people" however the reality is the 10 other people will probebly not experiance the same problems. BTW I am flying with Garuda out of Perth in 32 Sleeps and I an sure I will get upset if the same happens to me, but will I fly with Garuda again?, who know, but never say "Never Again"
