I am feeling really tired after this trip, probably because I shopped every day bar 2 of the 20, and even after Kerry had flown home, I then had my 15 year old daughter arriving on a "bali high". I spent the next 3 days at the surf factory outlets/ the Legian Road surf shops, and then another day market stall shopping with her! On day 14, I ended up dehydrated( not sure how, as I did drink lots of bottled water every day), & I think the rushing around had caught up with me by then too,and I sorta had an "unwell" day poolside.
Hubby came down sick last Sunday with a bad chesty cough, cold & fever, but there were quite a few sick kids on the flight coming home, so think we can blame it on that.He's struggled to go to work each day, but I don't have that worry thank goodness.
I'm usually very depressed when we get home after a Bali holiday, and thought it would be so this year, especially as hubby said we were holidaying somewhere different next year. But then we had drinkies with the neighbours, and they suggested coming with us next year! So husband is keen again, and that's cheered me up no end! Roll on 2005.
