How annoying and utterly frustrating this must be for you. I would be devastated in your position and I hope things are resolved soon.
We were delayed overnight in Bali on 6th July but unlike you we were treated like royalty. Busses to Sanur beach hotel for the night, all expenses paid by Garuda (who own the hotel)
I was not complaining, however we were told it was because of bad weather in Perth. It was fine in Perth. Who knows???????
