Take a deep breath and try to contain the anger you quite rightly feel. When one has waited so long in anticipation of a good holiday in our beloved Bali and then this happens, it is a shock to the system and stress takes over. It's always a tad stressful just actually getting on the plane and taking off. I think we have all experienced that. I have heard it said of holidays, that you need two days to get over the start of a holiday and two days to recover from it...so there is little left for R & R in the middle...I really believe that you should put your complaint in writing to the Manager of Garuda in your home state and let them have a chance to make amends for the disruption to your holiday. I am sure you will eventually be pleasantly surprised at the outcome....Bon Voyage for the next attempt to get you to paradise and lets hope you will have a wonderful time and put this ghastly experience behind you...the Bintangs are waiting and so is the sunshine for you to relax in...Good Luck...
