jogging thru the streets (isn't that what 3 wheelers are for??????) which will be impossible - buy the good 'old fashioned', trusty 4 wheeler and if you really don't want to keep it, yep give it to some you think needs it over there. We actually took a cheap umbrella stroller ($20 target) over for our little one and left it there after we had finished, after 4 weeks it'd had a good work out in those streets.
