had a mate go over with A.P.I 2wks ago, wanted to tale extra so when booking asked the agent to ask for extra 20kg for an orphanage, they travel light so could use 20kg of their own.
When they picked up their tickets A.P.I had given them 20kg -- each!
So a quick extra collection was required :-)
