Hi ,I am just back from Bali and we did visit and delivery to an orphange in Tabanan.To take extra we actually had to fax the General Manager of Garuda to get excess baggage clearance and then it is actually recorded next to your ticket details on the computer when you check in.So I suggest doing the same with Air P. This just eliminates any confusion when you go to check in and they query all this extra.Garuda are getting stricter on these conditions.We were allowed an extra 20kg on top of the normal allowance.We had 2 of the largest Hong Kong shoppers stuffed full.We were over still.If you need details and contact for an orphanage I do recommend the one we visited and I would be happy to supply you with details etc.
