Last time we spent 5 day at Sienna Villas also in Seminyak and not too far from the Pelangi. As we were close to the Bintang Supermarket (you can't miss it) on Jalan Raya Seminyak, we used a money changer right next ti the entrance of the Bintang Supermarket. It is called 'Bintang Valuta Mas' and all the staff there were helpful and honest, we always got a great rate and no commission charged. We were a group of nine friends and not one of us had a problem with this money changer.
