I have a few in my favourites on my PC at home (I'm at work at the moment), but they're mostly sites with silver beads and findings, as well as basics in the way of finished jewellery. They don't have unique pieces available.
Information on import duties etc, would have to be obtained from the relevent Govt authorities in your own country - the people selling jewellery in Bali won't know about those as it doesn't affect them in any way.
