We stayed at Bali Garden in May and really did'nt notice the noise from the construction next door, a hammer evey now and then maybe...the noise from the night club across the road is pretty loud if you stay in the front of the Hotel but not noticable at all from the Garden Veiw rooms at the bak of the hotel - we thought it was loveley
