Monkeys at Alas-Kedaton monkey forest near Tanah Lot seem to be ok. They have a guide who goes around with you holding the food that you bought giving you one piece at a time to feed the monkeys and the monkeys know this so they don't hassle you too much. The catch is they take you to their shop at the end of the tour just incase you need more wood, sarongs,shells, etc.
