The best park to ride the elephant is Taro , you can get there organized by bali adventure tours. Or go by your self (hire a taxi for the day).
See the website od bali adventure tours for prices of a full tour or just entrance and/or ride and calculate your best option.
But remember riding the bull is very expensive, but booking through the internet gives you a discount.
