just thought anyone that has stayed at Camplung Mas may be interested.A friend has just returned from bali after staying at Camplung and said that last week , 2 of the boys that work there drowned.
3 of them went for a swim at kuta Beach and 2 drowned, the third made it back.Apparently they got caught in one of the many rips there.
One of them was the tall room boy and the other worked in the restaurant.
Having just been there in May i remember them.
Very very sad.
She was also told that apparently there is on average 1 drowning a week at Kuta beach.......so apart from it being filthy, it is apparently a very dangerous place to swim.
