I can't believe no one bothered to post the truth! Gold coin jewelry? As if the coins are real...asli? Is everyone on drugs, or is the look so good, the authenticity doesn't matter?
If you want to buy gold here in Bali, then be smart. Take the intended purchase to a Pegadaian, otherwise known as a government run "pawn shop." They are everywhere, and they will, for a small fee, test your piece, and provide the weight in grams and verify the purity of the gold content.
Without this test, you are on your own, and good luck! You'll be needing scads of it!
