There is a booth as you enter each park. You pay in rupiahs. I would allow perhaps 30 mins to an hour at the reptile park, depending on f you want to hold and touch the animals and take photos etc. The bird park I would allow about an hour or an hour and a half. We stopped to take pictures of holding the birds, and explored the whole area.
