I hope you havent paid for transfers. I was in Bali in November 2003 and will be going again 26 August 2004. As you come out of the airport front doors turn to your right walk up about 25m and there is a prepaid taxis booth. It was 25000 rupiah in november and they will take you straight there. Good luck
