Guitarman, Wow! that was such a great report and I loved reading about all your experiences on Lombok and Java, in particular.
I was fascinated to read that you actually walked the length of Goa Creme. I attempted to do it in July 2000, but being somewhat claustophobic I chickened out.
And Parangtritis Beach, brought back some wonderful memories, an interesting place as well, did you venture up the peak and spend a night in the huts looking down over the beach and the jungle.
