We stayed at the Green Garden last year in jl kartika plaza. There is also a sister hotel down opposite the holiday Inn (bali Hai). If you go into the one near the Dynasty they have all the brochures and costings that you will need as they have several options available. They will also provide free transport for you. I highly recommend the deluxe package. You feel so invigorated after coming out of there. This one is close by so you dont have to go for miles. good luck.
