Hi just a thought have you looked into Villa Coco,s just off Jl Double Six.They have a few different set ups to choose from and you can even do a bit of self catering which may be handy having a young one with you .Each Vila has its own little garden that a 2 yr old cant escape from and it is child friendly.The Oz family who own it live on site with their own 2 children about 5 and 2 yrs I would think.You can book the accon yourself via email or do a package with the Garuda Bali on any Budget I think? They do have a website I will try and dig it out.In the mean timemaybe you can do a search
