Just jump in a cab and ask to be driven to the Go Karts in Tuban. I'm sure all drivers will know where it is. The kids had a ball, but it was very short lived. Costs were 60,000 Rp. each for 10 mins, and the little one went with dad in a double which was 65,000 Rp. for the both of them. I thought it was a pricey little exercise for 10 mins of fun ( I mean costly compared to other activities in Bali)
But the kids (and hubby) had a blast and said it was well worth the money!
