On being home

Sorry not strictly Bali – but it is related.

Well it has been almost a week now and the routines of being home are starting to make me feel like we were never away.

JBR is done. Thanks everyone for your kind words.

BTF is full of people going to Bali, lucky buggers.

Bills are paid (most of them)

Margaret is screaming from the other room because someone from the Hawks dared to kick a goal against her beloved Eagles.

Back to work on Monday, Grooooooan.

I spent the whole day in the garden today trying to refresh the tan from the weak winter sun – mowed the lawn – pulled out the weeds. Picked up all the!!!! - Hey boys I am very proud of the way you looked after the place while we were away but how many dogs did you invite over? Surely one little dog could not possibly have done all that crap. Did he have Bali belly or something? Did the occasional herd of cattle drop in? An elephant or two perhaps? Hmmm.

Settle down Margaret I am sure Nathan Thompson is not one of those.
I like the game but she is a bloody fanatic.

The girls have settled back into their routines, we never see them so they must have. Tamara has not been well, she brought something nasty home but is on the mend now.

What the hell is that noise coming from Michael's room? Someone put him out of his misery. Someone put some Gamelan music on (wish I had some)
God I would love a Bintang
God I would love to be in Bali
Sigh and sigh again out loud. I have got it bad.

Cheers everyone
Seriously though it is nice to be home

Frank
