It is a very strong chemical service. It works wondferully and leaves the hair very shiny and soft.If u have blonde foils well they have already been chemically stripped and with this solution put on it there is a high risk of not going green but your hair snapping off. Before you go over there go to a few salons that do it here in Oz. I can reccomend cutters in Rowville, Burwood, Glen Waverly and Brandon Park in Vic. I used to work for them and they are highly qualified in the service. It would cost u between $400 - $800 done here. Get solid advice before u do it and maybe even find out what solution they are using in Bali and I can advise u on it. Take care.......
