It is REALLY easy! I have never heard of anyone geting turned down when appling for one.
You have to have an Indo to sponsor you. They have to basically just right you a letter to say that they will be responsible for you whilst you are in Bali. You also need to send your passport and a photocopy of your ticket/itinery and fill out a very basic form (call the Embassy and ask to get one posted to you.) It takes 3 working days. Make sure you send a stmped envolope with your address on it so they can post it back to you.
