I was able to negotiate that price for a month.
That included part of the electricity, house help and phone.
But then again...
I am real good at negotiating.
You can also find homes of ex-pats that go away and lok to rent out their place for a month or more at these rates.
Go to Cafe Moka and look at the bulletin board.
I've always been able to find a place within a couple of days.
