I rented villa Kendal for a month in March.
It's in a great location.
Near some of the finest dining
(Ku De Ta, Living Room, Hu'u, etc.)
and about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.
Not near the busy parts with all the stores.
But a 5 minute taxi ride from it.
It has a nice swimming pool and
the 2 villas are seperated and are very clean.
Can lodge up to 5 people.
I was able to negoatiate the price at $750 for the month.
But the landlord then got a bit gready and I moved out.
