For movie DVD's and PS2, the best place is Star Disc in Legian. 15,000 rp ea, but down to 10,000 if you buy lots.
For PC software and Xbox, the best place is SoftComp Centre, opposite Sakura in Kuta. 30,000 rp for Xbox games.
And then Sakura has a good selection of everything, same prices. Stick to these larger, good quality shops, avoid the smaller outlets, and you'll get good quality.
