I've stayed there the last five years during our holidays. Superior rooms are ok though some say that they are small. We find them alright because we don't spend a great deal of time in them. It's a three star hotel so it isn't as luxurious as some others but we've found the staff are great and our needs have been met. It's quite a big hotel. I travel with my family and it is popular with families and groups of people so if you are going on your honeymoon as your name suggests you might want to find a place smaller and more intimate. The Jayakarta is in a great location though - lots of restaurants nearby, Kuta is a 10 - 15 minute drive away (the hotel has a shuttle bus) and the nightlife of Seminyak not far away either.
