raspberry cordial as I have been happy with the acidopholous. Plus it's easier to take a tablet every morning.
If someone is going to get Bali Belly my husband will and he has only had minor problems since we have used them. First few trips he was laid up for a few days each time. If he is eating in places we're not sure about he also takes a slippery elm tablet as this puts a lining on your stomach, reducing the risk of germs etc.
But you can never tell where you will get sick. My hubby has been sick from top restaurants in Sydney.
Last trip I only had to race to a toilet twice in 26 days. Both times were a few hours after I ate at the pool at Camplung Mas. I had a chicken sandwich then a pizza. I would have figured they would be Ok. Even when I ate at local Warungs I didn't get sick. Go figure.
Good luck, hope you have a great trip.
Yakult is very cheap in Bali if you want to keep getting it there. Its in most supermarkets.
