That is really steep.
Working on the figures you paid for the family, you paid
for two extra kids seats for the surfboards. Did you ask them for their seat allocation and food.
I am amazed at how airlines work.
Last trip to Bali, my best friend and I had to basically share seats.
Got on the plane and got to where we were suppose to be sitting.
And here is this lady who no exaggeration 150kgs at least. Couldnt fit into her seat. Had the arm rest up and was sitting in half my seat as well. Spoke to the airhostess and asked to be moved. As the plane was full I had no other option but to either sit or be put off the plane. So best mate put up her arm rest and shared her seat with me. Know I am not talking someone who is a bit chunky but bloody huge!! Couldn't eat in her seat as couldnt get the tray table down. We were jammed in like sardines. My point is I had to pay the same amount but only got half the seat. She should have been made to purchase two tickets.
I dont understand why a 150kg person pays the same as everyone else,
and then you get slugged for two extra tickets for your surfboards which would have not weighed anything like 150kg. If th majority of the cost of flying a plane is weight. This person should have been charge excess.
I know this is not politically correct but I was that p###ed off.
Did you try to get hold of a supervisor?
I wish you luck.
Caz
ps I know she could have been that size for medical reasons but that really is not my problem.
