We returned from Bali last week and we stayed in the Bali Dynasty. We also have 3 boys, ages 11,9,5. We stayed in an executive suite, as they adviced us that the kids' suites would be slightly cramped with 3 kids. The executive suite has two large bedrooms, and are well worth the US$135/night we paid. Also, when you stay in an executive suite, you only pay for 2 adults for your meals, all 3 kids eat for free!
We found the service absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Bali Dynasty. The only thing that worried us was the roadworks in that area, but that should (hopefully) be over by the time you plan to go.
