As in Bahasa Indonesia, the simpler form is not too bad. The 'me' forms are inclined to be 'ng' and other little goodies occur!
The form I quote is the respectful form, not offensive to anyone. The trouble arises when the person you speak to only has the lower form, but this is not too frequent.
Pronounce as Indonesian except. 'Sane' is long 'E'. An 'e' inside and towards the end of a word comes out more as a 'u'. 'A' is normally OK except at the end of a word, when it becomes 'oe', hard to say from here.
My starter's notes are available, if you drop me an email.
